The Printing Bureau located in Hull, Quebec, and with over one million sq. ft. was once the largest building in Ottawa.
MEL was commissioned by the Public Work Canada, to instigate the original domestic water piping and heating system in the building and make recommendations for remedy.
We are proud that all our recommendations were accepted and implemented.
