TURGEON POINT VILLAS

Sturgeon Point Villas –$18.5 million, 280-unit, four-storey, wood frame walk up building in St. Albert (Edmonton), Alberta built in 1978. The project is situated on a 9.5 acre property along the Sturgeon River and consists of 68 one-bedroom, 60 two-bedroom, 38 two-bedroom plus den, and 114 three-bedroom residential units.
The project has a total rentable square footage of 284,953 sq. Ft.
Mansour and Associates provided the full civil, and mechanical engineering services for this project.

ELK ISLAND VIEW DEVELOPMENTS – TOWN OF LAMONT

One of the most challenging projects to be constructed in the Town of Lamont. Elk Island View developments consists of three residential buildings, coupled with a hotel and a restaurant.
Mansour Engineering Ltd. performed the civil work for the entire complex and Mechanical for the Hotel. Capacity of the town’s sanitary sewers had to be analyzed to ensure adequate capacity for the development. Storm water management was performed via a new dry pond which required Alberta Environment approval. Mansour Engineering also did the site grading and earthwork analysis.
